Product Disclaimer:

Most of the products on Deepan(deepanaromadecors.com) are handmade; hand poured and intricately crafted, as such there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of materials we use , weather at the time of making and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using.

If an order is subjected to any damage, manufacturing defect or fault from our side, send in a mail at care@deepanaromadecors.com and once we verify the same, we will refund your order in full amount.

Our Candles:

  • Please burn them on a heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable.

  • Never leave them unattended - we don't want any accidents!

  • Keep them out of reach of little ones and furry friends.

  • If the wax gets damaged or the wick is exposed, it's time to say goodbye.

Our Home Decor:

  • Most of our decor is meant for indoors, so let's keep it cozy!

  • Direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temps can be harsh, so let's avoid those.

  • Handle with care - our decor is made with love, and we want it to last!

Our Terracotta Jewelry:

  • Water and harsh chemicals don't mix well with terracotta, so let's keep it dry!

  • Handle with care - our jewelry is delicate and special.

  • Natural materials mean colors might vary - we think that's part of the charm!

The Fine Print:

  • We're proud of our handmade products, but sometimes tiny imperfections may happen.  This shows the proof of handmade designs

  • As most of our products are handmade, no two pieces look alike with design, color, which makes them unique and elegant

  • We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse or neglect (but we're always here to help).
