Are Returns free?Unfortunately, as of now we do not offer any free returns. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount, if the return shipping criteria is met.

What are your returns Guidelines?We do not accept any returns once the order is delivered .unless the product is damaged or broken upon opening during the transit , we require the opening package video. To be eligile for a return or exche your product must be used and should be in the same condition as when you received it .

Are the candles safe to use around pets and children ?Yes, Deepan's prioritizes safety in every aspect. Our candles are designed to be safe around children and pets. Crafted from natural plant based or traditional wax blend, as they produce minimal soot and toxins compared to Paraffin candles. Soy reduces air pollution. However, it is essential to exercise caution and supervise when the candles are lit.

How long does a scented candle last?The duration of the scented candle's life varies based on factors like size , quality and burning conditions.

What is the best candle to buy?Pillar candles and Container candles are the best candles to buy. These type of candles tend to burn for a longer time than other type of candles such as tea light candles or tapers. Pillar and container candles are designed to be more stable than the other candles which are less likely to tip over or drip wax, making them safer to use.

Which candles are safe?Soy wax, bee’s wax candles are safe to use and are often preferred over paraffin wax for candle making because they are natural and renewable resources that does not contain any artificial additives or toxins. Soy wax and beeswax candles are considered to be a more eco-friendly and healthier alternative to paraffin wax.

How can I care for my candle?Keep the wick trimmed to about 1/4th inch before you lit the candle. This is done to avoid any soot accumulation on the wick of your candle. The first burn is the most important burn. To prevent tunneling allow enough time for the wax to melt completely forming a pool to the edge of the glass (typically 1-2 hrs) Avoid Burning for more than more than 3- 4 hrs Keep candles out of the reach of kids and pets. Place a candle on stable surface away from flammable objects before lighting Never expose your candle to the direct sunlight Ideally extinguish the candle with a snuffer or dip the wick in to the melted wax and then straighten it to prevent smoking and hot wax from splattering. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders -arrive within 7-10 business days].

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In rare cases, it is possible that the pin code might be unserviceable by our courier partners (Delhivery and Shiprocket) for returns .In such cases, the reverse pickup can only be done once the pin code becomes serviceable again.

We accept No returns and No exchanges on any of our products.

No returns are accepted for customized products, products ordered on discounts sales

We accept returns within 48hrs of delivery, only if the product is damaged or broken upon opening in transit, we require an opening package video of the product.

Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

After 48 hrs of delivery of the product, We cannot offer you a refund or exchange

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is no acceptance.

For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.

Order Cancellation :

If you wish to cancel your order with us please note:

The order can only be cancelled if and only if, it has not already been shipped and should be cancelled within 8-10 hrs after ordering.

If the order has been paid for through a UPI or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount.

However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will not be entitled for any refund and it will become a return on your side.
